Good location, spacious and clean rooms and very friendly and very helpful staff.

I liked the staff and good attendance. The location was good, near from metro and shops and others touristic places to visit.

There isn`t elevator.

The AH Hotel is very conveniently located with large rooms and very friendly staff. The bed was clean and comfortable, there was almost no outside noise even though the hotel is located at a busy intersection and the option of having breakfast brought up to your room is wonderful. Overall I would recommend this hotel for the price we paid on Booked.net, which was significantly less than listed on their website.

The hotel was not perfectly clean- we could not walk around barefoot in our room without getting blackened (and I mean that) soles, which was a turn-off. There was also dust on other surfaces, such as the headboard. The breakfast is pretty small, they should beef that up a little as well.

Location central to the town. Ideal for city trip. Staff very helpful good English spoken would recomend. Good value.

We really enjoyed our stay at the AH Hotel. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. Our room had a fridge, electric cooker and kettle so it is suitable for preparing your own meals. The bathroom has a modern touch with a beautiful shower space and cutting edge appliances. The bedroom was quite large and had great views of the city of Santiago. Location was also great, five minutes from the market, five minutes from the nearest metro station, actually five minutes from everything you need. Although the hotel is located in a busy area, the rooms are fitted with double-glazed windows so noise was not a problem. Breakfast was okay, nothing too fancy. The staff were helpful and attentive.

The reception and breakfast room were a little damp and not too welcoming but we had our breakfast served in our room. Also another minus (though we didn't care much about it), there is no elevator at the hotel. In the worst case scenario, you are due to climb three flight of stairs.

Location is the convergence of two very busy roads.

The location is very good if you want to be downtown to see the Plaza Armas, and the government buildings.. Also handy to the shopping promenades and o´Higgens street. The metro and the central market are within easy alking.Tha staff were very helpful.

Very noisy, dogs barking outside my room all night long, I did get changed to a new room, but this was right across from the registration desk so it was also very noisy

The location was in the middle of town close to Mercada Central and with easy access to metro stops. It is also close to the bellavista area where shops and restaurants are open late in the evening.

Its very reasonable and located close to a metro stop (although it took me a while to find the hotel since the metro stop is quite big with multiple exits). The owners/people at reception speak English very well and there is lots to see around here(although I stayed for only one night)

There was a lot of noise at night and I had a hard time sleeping. Also there were dogs barking at night.

The location was excellent for visitng the older parts of the city including Central Markets, Plaza Des Armes, Bella Platia. Major Bus stop right outside and a short few minutes walk to 2 metro lines. Also close for tourist bus pickups. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very spacious and kingbed was very comfortable. Bathroom worked well including hot water and shower. Hotel was quiet and rooms well soundproofed. Double glazing worked well and room was very quiet considering we were right on a very busy road with a bus stop outside. Room was very light with a good view. Area also felt safe as a woman walking around on her own, while my husband rested. Good supermarket close by. Safety deposit box in the room was large enough to fit a big camera and worked well. Excellent value for money.

No lift, so be prepared to carry your bags up the spiral staircase, although the concierge carried ours. Rooms were freshly painted but had no decoration or pictures, so felt a bit spartan. No tea or coffee sachets in the room even though a large kitchen / sitting room was provided, separate to the bedroom. Very difficult if you just wanted a quick reviving cup of tea or coffee. You had to go and biy a packet of tea / coffee and a carton of milk for just a few nights stay. Plenty of places close by for lunch, but not many restaurants within walking distance for the evening, you needed to get a taxi to the retaurant areas at night.

Great Location to get around the city and 200m to supermarket.

Wifi in room would have been great, internet only available in dinning room/lounge. Kitchenette had stove but no cooking equipment!..couldn't really make full use of it. Microwave would have been better.

We needed a place with twin beds and didn't want to stay at a hostel or a more expensive hotel. This place was ideal. The apartment was large and had a great patio. Breakfast was included. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is central and the bus stops right outside the door. The cons were no air conditioning in the basement room, no elevator, and it can be noisy because of the location.
